  • Latest Funtionality Released in BusinessSystemsManager.com

    Just a quick note to let you know that we have recently implemented some exciting new functionality in the BusinessSystemsManager.com software.

    This Functionality Includes:
    The BusinessSystemsManager.com Community is a series of Forums and Blogs that allow us to communicate better with you, the users of BusinessSystemsManager.com. Learn about the latest Announcements, Ask us a Question, Request a New Feature or read the latest Articles on Developing and Systemizing your business. You can also communicate with other users of the BusinessSystemsManager.com software in the User to User forum.

    The Operations Manual functionality is so easy to use and something our clients have asked for. The Operations Manual should save you heaps of time and money in your businesses.  It allows you to print out, in document format, all of the Business Systems, Tasks, Appointments, Documents and Key Indicators assigned to Employees or Positions in your Business.

    Also, we added a Business Systems Wizard to assist you putting together your Business Systems.  We have stripped back the functionality and made it as easy as possible.  By using the Business Systems Wizard you can enter Business Systems and test them before perhaps, adding some more detail and advanced options at a later date.

    We have added Announcements functionality that allows you to send out messages to all staff via email and/or SMS/Text messages. You can use Announcements in your business whichever way suits you best.  You may want your receptionist to notify everyone when she or he is on lunch and away from the front desk; or you may also wish to use it to advise your staff of company milestones or social events.  

    We have also included a Quicklinks Menu in this latest release. The Quicklinks Menu groups common functionality in the software and should make it quicker and easier for you to get around, particularly if you are only new to the software!

    Finally, we have implemented a more comprehensive Online Support System. When you report an error or request assistance you will be issued with a Support Ticket via email. Our Support Staff will be notified immediately of your ticket and will respond to you via the Online Support System. You are able to monitor the progress of the Support Ticket as our staff work to resolve the problem.
