You are now able to Copy Positions in BusinessSystemsManager.com
When a Position is copied all of the properties including the Manager and Business Site are copied to the new Position.
You can access the Position Copy functionality from the
Organization Chart
Position List
and by clicking on the 'Copy' button when editing a Position.

Hi,
I have started to enter Information into the software for the Operations Manual.
Do I need to enter a separate Operations Manual Document for each Position or Employee?

The easiest way to get a list of the Business Systems and Tasks etc. that a Position is assigned to is to generate an Operations Manual for the Position.To do this:
Click the Operations Manual from the top Menu
Select ''Single Position'' from the Operations Manual Type drop down
Select the Position from the List
Click Display.
