    Yes you can use Microsoft Word and Excel files as well as PDF and HTML files in the software. You can store these files as Attachments to Tasks, Appointments, Documents, Business System Tasks and Key Indicators.   • Can I use Word files in the software?

    I have a lot of my company documentation including Policies and Procedures, Operations Manuals and Employment Agrreements stored in Word files. Can i use these files in the software or will i need to re enter all of the information?
