What is the Project Management Functionality?
The Project Management Functionality in BusinessSystemsManager.com allows you to easily create, manage and track Project based work in your business. A Project consists of a series of Project Milestones which in turn contain  Tasks that together define the work that needs to be completed for a particular Project.

When you create a Project, you identify the major steps (Project Milestones) required to complete the Project then add Tasks to the Project Milestones to define and assign the work to your Employees.

There is a Project Explorer which allows you to keep track of your projects visually. You can view the progress of the Project as well as drill down to get more detail. The Project Explorer allows you to quickly determine if your projects are running on time as Planned.

The Project Wizard
The Project Wizard offers you an intuitive visual method to set up your Projects. You can see the Tasks as they are added to the Project Milestones. You are able to add a series of Project Milestones that make up the Project.
